Thanks for visiting my blog! I'm a photographer based out of the Twin Cities. I love photographing storybook portraits of families, children and weddings. When I'm not running around with my camera you'll find me shopping at the MOA, snuggling up with my kitty Dr. Vee or out and about enjoying the wonderful area that we live in!
Last Friday my Grandma F. got to throw out the first pitch at the Twins game. Needless to say this was something I had to see. Here are a few shots from the game. On the big screen!!
And the pitch to TC.
Yeah!!
Being escorted off the field with my cousin Stacy and TC.
Aly is my BFF and this past weekend I had planed a "surprise" photo shoot for her. I also must mention that Aly is a PBR girl. Ever since I've known her she's been the girl with a PBR in the bar and soon everyone else follows. She's kind of a big deal. To make a very upsetting story short, there was a PBR mural on Lyndale and it got moved to the Bulldog and is unreachable by humans. Bummer for sure. So my surprise photoshoot was not looking so great, but we Aly totally rocked it just down the street at the Intermedia Arts Center.
The Republican National Convention comes to St. Paul next week. Weather you're a Democrat, Republican or Independent you have to realize how big and important this is for our town. Anyway, I ventured down to St. Paul this afternoon. Tents are being set up, streets are being blocked off. It was pretty calm but I can imagine that will change sometime very soon.
There are some people in this world who can do a steller photo shoot in 15 minuets. My sister, Juliana, is one of those people. Yesterday we made a venture to Lake Calhoun for the first time this summer and managed to beet the rain and get some pretty darn cute pictures.
Juliana and I decided to drive to Duluth a few weekends ago, just for the day. The Big Ships Fest brought in more people then Grandma's Marathon, so to say the least it was BUSY. We waited in line about 2 hours just to be on one ship, but it was well worth the wait. I thought this would be pretty interesting... Jul, just being Jul.
At the end of June Don and Marvel celebrated their 50th (and a half) wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful June day spent with great people. Don and Marvel with their classic car. (Love it!)
